RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • MEMBERSHIP

    • Only Club Members will be eligible to win the overall series titles or placings.

    • You must be a Club Member at the time of EVERY RACE to be eligible to win an overall series title or placing.

  • ON THE DAY ENTRIES

    • The cost of "On the Day" entries will be $25 for an adult and $15 for a junior (17 and under)

  • POINTS SYSTEM

    • Points will be awarded in all Age Categories, for Men and Women as per the Enduro Points System used by EWS. We will use the MALE Points scoring system for all Age Categories for both Men, Women and Juniors. This can be seen under the Points System section on the EWS website HERE.

    • You do not have to enter all three races to win a series title or placing. These will be awarded strictly on points.

  • BE ON TIME - OR MISS OUT!

    • PLEASE be punctual for these events. The timing system is such that we will not be able to accommodate late entries, or those who turn up outside the set registration times. 

    • Registration will be MUCH FASTER if you have entered in advance, please do so by following the links above.
      Registration times and cut-offs are set below.

    • Registration is 11:00 - 12:00. There will be two separate registration desks - one for those who have entered online and one for those entering on the day.

    • RACE BRIEFING WILL START AT 12:15 AND ALL COMPETITORS MUST ATTEND. 
      COMPETITORS MUST BE READY TO RACE AS SOON AS RACE BRIEFING IS OVER.

  • PRIZE GIVING POLICY

    • We will be collecting the DOB of every participant. Please note that a spot prize of wine will only be handed to participants over the age of 18 on September 30, 2017. If you turn 18 between the first event and subsequent events, you will not be eligible to win a spot prize of wine.

    • No wine will be handed to anyone under the age of 18. Juniors will not be able to collect a prize for a parent. We take our responsibilities seriously, and we ask that you respect our wishes and those of our sponsors.
