This year the Marlborough Mountain Bike Club made a submission to the Marlborough District Council on the "Consultation Document for the 2018 - 2028 Long Term Plan".  You can see a copy of the submission HERE.

We also encouraged members of the Mountain Biking Community to submit, and we would like to say a huge THANK YOU to all those that did. You can see the submissions on the MDC Website HERE.

On June 7th, we were invited to speak to the Council in support of our submission, and you can see our presentation HERE.

We hope that as a result of these efforts, that the Marlborough District Council will see the value that Mountain Biking brings to the community, and appreciate that the Mountain Bike Club is well placed to assist them with planning and development of Mountain Biking in the region over the next 10 years and beyond!
